3.3. Payment Terms: Payment for products and services is required as follows:

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total order value is required at the time of order confirmation.
• Balance: The remaining balance is due prior to the commencement of installation.

3.4. Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified on our website. Payment details must be provided at the time of order placement.

4. Delivery and Installation

4.1. Delivery: Delivery times will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. We will make every effort to meet the agreed delivery date, but we are not liable for any delays beyond our control.

4.2. Installation: Installation services will be carried out by our qualified team. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is prepared and accessible on the agreed installation date.

4.3. Site Preparation: The customer must ensure that the installation site is free from obstructions and hazards. Any additional costs incurred due to site preparation issues will be the responsibility of the customer.

4.4. Completion: Upon completion of the installation, the customer will be asked to inspect the work and sign off on the project. Any issues must be raised at this time.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 14 days of placing the order, subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this period may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

5.2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation, minus any applicable fees. Custom-made products are non-refundable unless defective.

6. Product Warranty

6.1. Warranty Coverage: All products sold by Luxury Verandas are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and coverage details vary by product and are provided at the time of purchase.
